First time staying in this hotel and couldn't fault it at all - staff on the front desk were lovely, friendly and professional, room was perfect, restaurant and rooftop terrace were really good, and it wasn't as crazy price-wise as many others in the area. The location was perfect for Bank and St Pauls, I'd definitely recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

The location is exceptional and located just a few steps to Mansion House station where we can access to the city centre and train station so easily. The studio room has everything we need for a long stay which made us feel so much like home. The staffs are very helpful and always responsive to the requests. On top of that, we were impressed by the way they pay attention to the details of the guests like a honeymoon gifts we received on arrival. Overall, 100/10 ! Definitely going to recommend this place to our friends and family.

Incredibly attentive and thoughtful housekeeping - when we came back to our room we found a few little surprises that show real attention to detail - they left two small teddy bears for our children, put a bookmark in my book, left a small cloth for wiping the screen of our iPad among other things. Also reception staff (particularly Regina) made us feel at home. Super comfortable bed too!

Però el seu preu tampoc ho és. El Visitors és un hotel net i amb una relació qualitat-preu correcte. Varem estar allotjats a l'habitació 103 (la quàdruple), no és gran (el bany molt petit), però suficient per a caure extenuats al llit després de tot un dia caminant per Londres. Llençols nets, habitació, neta i bany net. No podem demanar més. D'aquesta qualitat i localització, no vam trobar res més barat a la ciutat en ple agost.
