Matatagpuan ang Biplan Hotel sa isinaayos na ika-19 na siglong gusali sa sentro ng Daugavpils, 500 metro mula sa Daugava River. Available ang libreng WiFi access. It's a great hotel for its value. The staff is cheerful and kind. The breakfast is great. The parking is good, just make sure you don't miss the little sign "P". I definitely recommend.
